MULTI-TENANT TECHNOLOGY
The concept is based on proprietary technology, which makes it possible to technically connect retailers with a full range of products to the platform via interfaces such as inventory management systems, cash register systems or product/catalog data. Retailers without an inventory management system can also participate in the marketplace model, as it is also possible to manually maintain the products. For this purpose, product photos and product data are easily created in the software administration area and the range is completed step-by-step. The multi-tenant infrastructure can be used individually in every region. In addition to connecting the product range, the web-based interface also ensures that everyday Lozuka runs smoothly. Managing orders, planning and coordinating drivers, and managing items can be done in the blink of an eye.
The Siegen and Emsaue pilot regions are showing the way. Retailers have already become active co-designers and have welcomed the project right from the start.
