14:00 - 14:45: Welcome & presentation of the TraunsteinCard
Mr. Hans-Peter Weiß, managing director of Stadtmarketing Traunstein GmbH, presents the TraunsteinCard and gives an overview of the current start-up phase of the TraunsteinCard.

14:45 - 15:30: Presentation of the hey.bayern regional platform using the example of hey-traunstein.de
Mr. Hans Wembacher, managing director of hey.bayern UG, gives an overview of the opportunities offered by the hey.bayern regional platform for municipalities and cities to set up lively regional platforms.

3:30pm - 4:15pm: Presentation of the Awiti voucher platform as a basis for regional voucher systems
Mr. Patrick Schulte, managing director of Billiton GmbH, gives an overview of the platform for vouchers, including the modules for employee vouchers, bonus points and donations.

16:15 - 17:00: Presentation of the integration of value-added services from the Awiti platform in hey.bayern
Mr. Hans Wembacher and Mr. Patrick Schulte use practical examples to show how it is possible to integrate service offerings such as vouchers based on the Awiti platform in hey.bayern and in particular highlight the opportunities for local regions and participants.

17:00 - 17:30: break

17:30 - 19:30: Hand-on session: From registration to using the TraunsteinCard
As a participant, association or company, find out how to use the TraunsteinCard in everyday life. All three perspectives are explained and the use of the platform is also presented.

• 17:30 - 18:00: Focus on companies
  Discover the many benefits of using employee vouchers and how our entrepreneur portal helps you efficiently manage employees and benefits in kind.
• 18:00 - 18:30: Focus on associations
  Discover how associations can generate donations as part of the regional voucher system. Find out how every redemption of a voucher helps support local projects.
• 18:30 - 19:00: Focus on participants
  This block is of particular interest to retailers, restaurateurs and service providers. Get to know the benefits of becoming a voucher acceptance point and issuer. By participating in the TraunsteinCard, you can generate additional sales locally and at the same time strengthen your ties to the region.

19:00 - 19:30: Discussion round and conclusion
After the official end of the event at 18:00 we cordially invite you to a small snack and a relaxed “come together” to continue discussions with the speakers and other participants.
