2025 was a year full of movement, new impulses and noticeable development for Awiti. Between product innovations, technical fine-tuning and close cooperation with our partner regions, numerous milestones have been achieved — both in the Awiti Regions area and with the new Awiti One retailer solution.

2025 was the clear motto of Awiti Regions: Strengthen existing modules and consistently implement feedback from the regions.
This was particularly visible in Bonus point system, which is now significantly more flexible and, depending on the needs of a region, can be used separately from the voucher value, together with vouchers or completely independently. This expanded freedom opens up new design options without complicating the application for users.

The entrepreneur portal was also significantly expanded. The area around employee and corporate vouchers received a clear improvement, so that companies gift cards be able to purchase, manage and flexibly spend in quantities required by the individual. Since the new gift voucher is deliberately not personalized, it remains versatile and at the same time fits seamlessly into existing city and employee voucher systems.
In 2025, several regions showed particularly impressively how actively Awiti Regions is being used. Projects such as the RotkäppchenCard or the Kemptner City Card have shown how effective the combination of city vouchers, bonus points and local promotions can be and how lively regional value creation systems can be as a result.
In order to make these developments more clearly visible, the Awiti Regions brand was sharpened and the website was completely redesigned. The relaunch brought a more modern design, a more structured user interface and the integration of the new knowledgebase with itself, which bundles all key content — from the basics of the voucher system to Platform operation with topics such as transactions and settlements. As a result, the platform has become more accessible and understandable overall.
Parallel to further developments in Awiti Regions, Awiti One 2025 has continued to develop as a central retailer solution. The product line combines regional vouchers, bonus points, house vouchers and, in future, payment functions in a single solution. The entire year was characterized by technical development, conceptual work and many partner discussions. In this way, Awiti One was able to mature to the point where we are now starting 2026 with an almost complete product.

Together, these variants pursue the same goal: to provide retailers with a central, intuitive and reliably functioning solution that noticeably facilitates all their daily processes relating to vouchers and customer loyalty and gives regional programs a permanent place at the point of sale.
In addition to all visible innovations, a great deal of fundamental and structural work was also carried out in 2025. The separation and communication between Awiti Regions and Awiti One was more clearly defined, the system architecture was further modularized and modernized, and the knowledge database was consistently expanded as a central area of knowledge and help. In addition, internal processes in the area of onboarding, support and daily use have been simplified so that the application works more smoothly overall for operators, retailers and companies. This basic work is less visible in everyday life, but it forms the foundation on which the platform remains stable, scalable and sustainable.
2025 was a year in which Awiti grew visibly — strategically, technologically and together with strong partners in the regions. Many processes were sharpened, new ideas were launched and existing structures were further strengthened. This foundation provides clarity and direction for everything that follows. With fresh energy and a clear focus, we are starting 2026 — ready to take the next steps and support regional value creation even more effectively.
